Wizardthrone

Rejoice defenders of the ethereal realm, Extreme Wizard Metal is back. Wizardthrone have released their second single Forbidden Equations Deep Within The Epimethean Wasteland. Try saying that after a few Sambucas. Harnessing the devastating energy of folk inspired melodic death metal – think Wintersun on interdimensional steroids.

Wizardthrone‘s debut album Hypercube Necrodimensions will be released on July 16. So you have a few weeks left to prepare yourself for the aural onslaught. In the meantime, feast your mortal optical devices on the accompanying lyric video.

Keyboardist and all round legend C. Hyperiax Bowes commented:

“With this track, we voyage deep within the crystalline mists of Epimetheus to unlock the horrific transcendental elucidation of the cosmos. However, such arcane knowledge comes at a terrible price. Keen students of the necrosophic arts will recognize the influence of visionary masters Bal-Sagoth, alongside enigmatic proto-wizard metal pioneers Emperor, upon this particular piece. Eternal supplications to Xhul and his immortal heralds!”

Hypercube Necrodimensions will be released on July 16 via Napalm Records.
